In 2005, we were looking for a garage to restart the furniture business that failed as ilio.  We found an opportunity to rehab an old dentist office and use that as a live/work design studio to launch an architecture  business.  In 2009 we won a design award for our efforts.  If you want to see the process, we have a unedited photo gallery.

We designed the studio on a napkin at the roof deck at the Sunshine Company in Ocean Beach. Then we built it.
