Condominium Project

Hillcrest, CA

This project fits 5 large, stacked, modern condos on a small infill site in the Hillcrest neighborhood in San Diego. The clean and modern exterior leads to high ceilings and modern open floor plans with jaw-dropping solar shaded roof decks in this wonderful modern residence.

design process

We used a combination of 3-d modeling and sketching to work through several solutions in a very short time-frame.
