Point of departure was hired to create a sophisticated sports bar without losing the connection to the game. The result is the Press Box Sports Lounge. Inspired by a time in sports history when businessmen were taking in a ball game in a shirt and tie, and the reporters were proudly displaying the press badge in the silk of their hats, point of departure used iconic imagery, rich materials, and straight forward graphic design to capture the essence of a bygone era. Press Box Sports Lounge is a place where people can go to enjoy great food, in a sophisticated and relaxed atmosphere, while watching today’s legends in the making.
