Oggi’s approached us to create a fast-casual brand for their company. We needed to redesign their existing restaurant format for the younger, fast-casual market and place the craftsman aspect of their pizza and beer making process front and center.  We stayed within the current brand parameters and made a more modern and clean design.  There are currently 3 locations and counting...

We decided to concentrate on the handcrafted process of making the beer, which is produced by the company, and the pizza, which is the heart and soul of the menu.  We created a modern fast-casual prototype that can be adapted to several locations.
