This building is an adaptive reuse of an existing 152,000 sf warehouse building into a class 'A' office facility with open floor plans, a large atrium space, and a mezzanine.

design process

We used a more efficient workflow design and space planning to maximize daylighting and add an extra 20% back into the programmed space while creating a more open office environment.
