The Greenspot Salad Company is the fast casual dining experience people have been waiting for. Premium natural salads, soups, and potatoes custom prepared while you watch.  We designed the restaurant around the main line where all the action takes place.  The wall mural, ceiling element, and clean lines of the design enhance the flow and help create a successful flagship store for this new franchise.

This project was designed in order to be the flagship location for a new franchise. The materials were selected with an aesthetic that would be easily replicated in almost any retail setting. While some elements of the design didn't make it to the final project, we did manage to create a modern and inviting space that displayed a fresh take on a healthy fast casual restaurant.
