The Greenspot Salad Company is growing again and this time they went back to their rustic roots.  The wood paneling and metal wall accents work well in the new location. The owners/builders made sure to keep some elements of the original store while changing the palette to adjust to the new market.

This project was designed in order to mix a more suburban neighborhood feel with the healthy fast casual restaurant.
