BallPark Village Masterplan

San Diego, CA

7-acre master plan for Ballpark Village, a $1.4 billion, 3.2 million-square-foot project across from Petco Park.  The project is anchored by a 2-story, approximately 100,000 sf, retail concept.

We approached this project first as a feasibility study and a piece of a larger master plan.  Eventually we scaled back the intervention based on market conditions and created a phased solution.
